Not only do they have "An Open Letter To NYC" included on the soundtrack, but you can also play as any of the Beastie Boys in this game by EA Sports.
Available on Playstation 2, X Box and Game Cube, to get the characters is the same. You either have to beat them in the 'Street Challenge' at Dyckman Park (NYC), or buy them for 500 points at the Rewards Screen.
You can play with a whole range of different secret characters - including all three Beastie Boys. You can also get other characters such as the Fresh Prince (Will Smith), Bill and Hilary Clinton and Prince Charles! As the game has been produced for a number of different platforms, here is how to get the Beastie Boys to play for each system:
In the various formats for this game, you can transform yourself into Mix Master Mike.
On the title screen, enter the codes below, then select any character. When you start you will start as MMM.
Game Cube
On the title screen, hold L + R and press X, X, Right, X, X, Down, X, X, Left, X, X, Up.
Playstation 2
On the title screen, hold L1 + R1 and press X, X, Right, X, X, Down, X, X, Left, X, X, Up.

This Playstation 2 game has a cute reference to a classic Beastie Boys track. Apparently inside the sushi-bar is a monkey character who sings "brass monkey that funky monkey".
In this Playstation game, you can create secret monsters by putting in various music CDs. Two of those CDs are "Licensed To Ill" and "Hello Nasty".
This older game released for the Super Nintendo had a tenth level boss by the name of "Tadrock" - hmmmm sounds familiar.
Unfortunately this classic arcade game from 1984 does not feature the Beastie Boys despite the name.
