We want to wish our long time staff member Mike Love (aka Big Fat Love) a speedy recovery. Unfortunately Mike suffered a stroke this past week and is currently in hospital.
Mike is a major contributor to the Beastie Boys fan/collector scene. Even within the past few weeks he managed to uncover a rumoured Colombian pressing of Licensed To Ill on blue vinyl. His love of the Beastie Boys, his digging skills and his helping out of other fans is incredible.
In our 22+ years here at Beastiemania we've never asked for money and we've never put advertising on the site, but if you want to help out, a GoFundMe page has been set up to help pay for his medical bills.
