Notes: The only difference between the Promo and normal release is that the promo has the japanese characters for "Promo Only" / "Not For Sale" (etc) printed on the vinyl label. Two different variations of this have been found, one with 3x black characters, the other with 6x white characters in a box.
The sleeve is actually a double sided sheet (picture and titles on one side and the lyrics in translated english on the back). The vinyl is placed inside a company sleeve and this is placed in a plastic sleeve with the sheet insert.
